I had occasion to book a repair for my hotpoint washing via Domestic & General. The process was very easy online and subsequently an engineer attended my address on the time and dated stated. The repair was carried out on the first visit and the engineer took the time to explain everything. Overall from booking through to the engineer visit, everything went smoothly and no issues were encountered. I am very pleased with the service provided with a Domestic & General plan.
