How much does a repair cost?

The repair cost depends on whether you pay upfront or monthly. You can pay £150 now for a one-off repair, or from £16.00 per month for a Repair & Care plan. Please note that the one-off repair price includes a £75 call-out fee, which won’t be refunded if we can’t fix it. In contrast, our Repair & Care plan is ‘no fix, no fee’ – so if we can’t repair the problem you have now, you’ll get your money back.

Who can repair my appliance?

Our expert engineers work across the Manchester area. Each engineer is chosen for their specific skills, so we can assign the right person to the job. They’ll either have the parts needed for your repair in stock, or they can order them from the manufacturer.

How do I book a repair?

It’s easy, and you’ll be done in a few minutes – just book online . All you need to do is give us some details of the problem and choose a repair appointment. You’ll be able to choose between a one-off repair or a Repair & Care plan.

What is Repair & Care?
Repair & Care is a maintenance and support plan where you get the initial repair plus a year of support to keep it running smoothly.

It also includes a “no fix, no fee” guarantee — so if the engineer can’t repair your appliance this time, we’ll cancel the plan and refund any payments. You won’t pay a thing.

Repair & Care plans start at £16 a month, including all parts, labour and callout charges — or you can book a one-off repair for £150.
